Second day in a row! On a roll. This time I was not as diligent as I should be and ended up with a big crack before baking. The crust, crumb and taste was delicious.

My starter is running low, so it may be a day or so until I can bake another loaf. Just so relived that after months of mediocre results, I am back in the swing of things.
